RASTA (Resource centre for Asphalt and Soil Training Academy) is the center for Road Technology and Infrastructure & Construction Management. This is initiative to bridge the knowledge gap between academic learning and industry needs with more focus on application and hands-on experience.

RASTA’s extensive expertise in Road Technology and Infrastructure & Construction Management offers specialized services in Design validation, Technical audit, Construction evaluation, Material certification, and failure investigation.

The Center is recognized as State Technical Agency (STA) for the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) scheme for evaluation of technical and commercial scope of Rural road projects in Karnataka.

RoadTech - 2011

Road Tech: It is a National conference on Road infrastructure with a theme to encourage the graduate and post graduate engineering students of civil engineering to present technical papers. The event provides an opportunity for students to interact with experts and to know latest developments and trends in road infrastructure.
